I do numerous times a day (on an iPod touch) while I am on the mobile view of Facebook. Don't know why it happens, but it just does. Refreshing the page usually works 97% of the time. Does this occur if you are accessing any usual site? Sometimes my Touch will completely disconnect me from Safari, sort of "throwing me off" and getting a black screen for three seconds. I don't mind it too much though, it's just rather annoying.
