MMS Issues

Is anyone else having a problem sending mms (picture) messaging on the iPhone 5? I don't know if it's the iPhone 5 or iOS 6, but ever since I've gotten the phone I haven't been able to send. I've reset settings, restored, spoken with AT&T for almost an hour; nothing changes. AT&T has stated they're going to escalate the issue and try to find out what's wrong by the 18th, but nothing I've done so far has helped. Any suggestions?

Yes, they're both on. And, no, I can't receive mms either. I should have mentioned that. I can send and receive on iMessage with no problem. Thanks.

I'd automatically assume that it was the phone itself, but my persistent issues with sending and receiving MMS messages from non-iMessage users has led me to believe that it could very well be a problem with iOS 6.

I think I remember you mentioning that you didn't have any problems with this when you updated your past iPhone to iOS 6, so it must be the phone?
