I have an Iphone 5 that I purchased with a new 2 year contract and I don't care for the phone. I came from an Android and I prefer the features of the Android better. I seem to have more connection problems with the iPhone 5 than I ever did with the Android. Can I return this phone? It's been about 45 days since I purchased it. If I can't return it can I sell the iPhone and buy an Android?

After 14 days, your only other option is to sell the device and pay full retail for the replacement.

If I sell this phone is there going to be a problem with my contract? I can live with the phone if I absolutely had to, but if I didn't I would like to get rid of it. Also do you know if anyone else has had connection problems with the iPhone 5?

I also just read the unlocking procedure and I see that I can't unlock it to sell since I just renewed for 2 years, so this phone would be worthless to anyone who purchased it.

Connection problems as in wi-fi, 3G,4G or LTE?
Unless you have a setting wrong there should not be connection problems other than out of usable service range which would affect all phones.

I live on the outskirts of the AT&T coverage area in Chicago. It fades in and out. Sometimes in an area I'll get the 4G then I get an E and can't use any of the internet features of the phone. What's the point of having a smart phone if you can only make calls on it? I never had this issue with the Android is why I'm thinking of going back.
