Iphone 5 ask Billing code and SSN active iphone

Hi everybody !
I have buy iphone5 seal box on ebay.com from seller location NY .
But i can't active it's because ask me input Billing code and SSN .
I called seller and ask him give me information . He's sent me billing code and SSN
But it not working , i can't active my iphone .
This is below imei and phone number show my itunes :

Seller sure sent me code vaild . But it's no working and 2 days can't contact to him . Him ignore email and my phone number ...

Interesting are you in the missouri area? that area code on the number belongs to a number from there. Something does not sound right is you are not in Missouri

It's not strange to have a seller in NY with a Missouri phone number. A person could have originally gotten cell service years ago while living in MO and later mover to NY, but kept his old number. The phone that was sold was likely someone's upgrade, and had his old number.

To the original poster, it sounds like you need to take up the issues with the seller. No one from AT&T is going to discuss activating a phone using someone else's account information. For security, that communication would have to be between the person who actually has the account and AT&T.

Your options seem to be: 1) get the correct information from the seller, or 2) send the phone back to the seller and have him activate it, or 3) send the phone back to the seller, get your money back, and buy a phone on your own account.

BTW, you do realize that the phone is locked, and won't work in Vietnam, correct?

It's can unlocked working in vietnam i don't care it's locked or unlocked . I care it's how to active iphone with billing code and SSN seller give me .
I tried again many contacts with seller , but they not help me and will do not accept return iphone. What do I do now? services that can help me solve this problem

I think your only option then is to sell the phone and try to get another one. If the seller won't help you, no one on this forum or at AT&T is going to be able to give the seller's account info you need to activate the phone, and I don't know of a way to work around the activation process.

all your plans I've tried, but can not be.I think the seller who sold me a stolen iphone or a similar problem.Because of this he can not provide the correct billing code and ssn I can activate it.I am very worried about this problem.

This is what caused me to question the number " have buy iphone5 seal box on ebay". Not really sue where they are trying to activate it form the posts
