Do the order stauses update at a certain time?

Yesterday afternoon and evening I frequently checked my order status for my in-store 16GB 4S white preorder, and it was still backordered. I read a message on here (can't find it now) that said the order statuses don't update until 11PM EST, so I checked back at 11:30. Today, I have been checking to see if it shipped yet, and there are no updates. Is there a possibility that it has shipped and the databse just isnt updated yet?

my status changed within the last hour or two. still pending shipment but back order changed to 0. I guess it probably updates at multiple intervals during the day.

both my orders changed status between 5pm-10pm tonite, eastern time. i am worndering how long it will take to charge me and for it to arrive though... i think the times are random...

Just checked. Still not shipped... Looks like my phone won't be arriving until next week... {word filter evasion} great, considering the fact that this weekend will be one of few that I will have free time to activate and set up the phone.... As I have said before, {word filter evasion} AT&T....
