Deleting songs on Iphone 4S

How do you delete songs off your Iphone 4S. I have downloaded some of my songs from Itunes but I don't know how to delete a song. I have duplicates that I want off. Can someone please tell me how to get invidual songs off my Iphone? Thanks!

Just right swipe the individual song an a selet button will show up. Tap and delete.

Just bring up a song list , and swipe the song you want to delete . A delete button will appear . Tap delete. I said right swipe but it doesn't matter which way you swipe the delete button will still appear . I'm right handed have a tough time swiping left. Just me, my thumbs don't work that well.

swipe your finger to the right and the red delete icon will pop up and tap it and the song is deleted.

You can't do it from playlists. Make sure you are in the song list.

Also just a note for reference:

If you have music on your iPhone that is from iTunes Match (music in icloud) on your device, you cannot delete it be swiping the song.
