I live in Tunus and I buy an Iphone 4 on internet .When I connect Itunes it asked if i wanted to update or not and i said yes  and then my phone is blocked and i called the man who i bought the phone and he said he could not do anything because he sold me.And then i tried to unlock iphone on internet with money but then they say my phone is blacklisted .Please help me .I can provide everything you need to prove that i buy it on internet.I did not do anything wrong but i cant use my phone.I am not so rich and the money i gave is a big money for me.please help me .

If the phone is listed as blacklst then chances are someone reported the IMEI number of the phone as stolen. If I recall right htis is a service that ATT just recently brought this policy into affect.  July 10 2012 to be exat

What r u tring to do exactly...the Phone is stolen so the moral thing to do is return it and get paid back in good Karma....there are other options but none of them includes using itunes or are legal...

If I sign up for ATT and just keep the phone...they call it stolen...

At this point you are stuck dealing with your seller or law enforcement, there is nothing AT&T can do for you. You didn't purchase the phone from AT&T.

Your issue is with the seller who is not an authorized reseller for ATT.  ATT is not going to do anything here.

dont assume it is stolen, the way this things works a disgruntled spouse could black list the phone on a family account or a SO if they knew the account access information
