Guys who can help!
I bought two iPhone 4 on ebay and they turned out to be Locked in the AT&T (I have in my city (Minsk, Belarus) is not AT&T).
I know I need to call AT&T. Called them on Skype a few times, but do not understand what they are asking.
I really do not know much English, who can help to talk to them?
Please help!

the requirements are pretty straight forward

1. the phone number that was assigned to the iphone when it was under ATT contract -OR-

2. the account number that the iphone as on when it was on ATT service -OR_

3. a reciept from a autorized dealer that you paid full retail price for the iphone.

Keys words here are "authorized dealer" and "full retail price" - ebay is not a authorized dealer.

If you don't have the proper documentation or don't meet the requirements, then the iPhone will not be unlocked.

No need to post multiple times. YOU need to call. if the seller said the phones were unlocked then turn to eBay and dispute the sale. Odds are that since you are not and have not been an ATT customer, they will not help you. Call and let them determine your status.
