So I ordered iphone 5 on 20th of September and after waiting for 25 days I got an email saying the order has been shipped.
Today (16th of October after 27days) I was waiting for my iphone but it never arrived. When I looked at the status on UPS website it said that the shipment is going back to the original place because the apartment number was missing from the address. When I contacted ATT Customer service regarding this they said that this information was missing from my records in their database. After that the representative told me that I will have to reorder a new iphone and wait for another 27 days. I will not get any priority over other orders.
I don't know whose mistake is this but I am thinking of changing my phone carrier because ATT's customer service is really bad and they make such silly mistakes.
I am so disappointed with ATT.

Talked to a very nice customer representative named Sebastian.
He said that they will try their best to send the phone ASAP but he can't do anything before 19th of Oct (the date on which package will reach the warehouse).
Hoping he will fix it but it was nice talking to Sebastian. He was really helpful, completely opposite to the person I talked (through chat) to earlier (his name was Tim if I remember correctly).

It's your responsibility to make sure AT&T has the correct address on file for you. Sorry, but this sounds like your error.
Wow, gphipps is either an ATT&T employee or has a rather interesting view of customer service. Most companies would work with you to correct this error.... AT&T is not one of those companies.

It's the customers responsibility to make sure their correct address is in the system! AT&T will only ship to the billing address on file. Once an order is placed you can't change the shipping address.
