I'am not a big poster here but i read everyday and i have to say 3.0 sucks. the only thing i think i will use is copy/past and the lanscape keyboard.for me most all the little things they changed i dont care about and dont seem usefull at all.but this is my opinion and i have had it running for about an hour and could change my mind in the future.

GM = Release

There is no difference. There are a lot of things under the hood. The OS is actually more stable and quicker overall compared to 2.2.1. You will use about 70% of the under the hood features before developers start releasing critical updates for the applications.

Most of the features are under the hood. Its up to the developers to unlock them. ESPN new app coming out looks very promising. A lot of new applications within the next few weeks will shed some light on what can be done with the new API's.

It's about the same. I was fortunate enough to have had tethering enabled while on the beta 5 build, and I was afraid it would disappear with the upgrade. Lucky for me, it still exists.

Certainly I wouldn't go overboard with transferring data (sure don't want to rack up any exorbitant fees), so my messing around with it has been minimal. I probably use a total of 2.5 G's of data in total per month, including whatever tethering I've been doing.

Overall, I don't see any difference between the beta and this release.

Its all good.
