For the second year in a row, AT&T U-verse TV ranked "Highest in Customer Satisfaction among residential television customers in the South and West Regions," according to the J.D. Power and Associates 2009 Residential Service Provider Satisfaction StudySM that was released today.
The annual study asks TV customers to rate their provider on performance and reliability, customer service, cost of service, billing, and offerings and promotions. You can read all about it here.
