In the month of September, SomeJoe7777 helped in the community in a big way by providing 7 accepted solutions. And you know that he’s doing great work in a friendly way with all those kudos he racked up! With that being said, let’s hear a bit more about SomeJoe777 in his own words:
Q: What AT&T products or services are you using?
A: U-Verse IPTV and Internet.
Q: What U-verse feature do you use the most often?
A: The DVR: Recording a program and watching it delayed or later is my most-used feature.
Q: When did you become an AT&T customer?
A: I switched from DirecTV to U-Verse in August 2008.
Q: What do you do in your free time?
A: Many computer-related projects (including the UV Realtime software), watching movies and TV shows, and working out to (try to) stay fit (usually at the gym 3 times a week).
Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?
A: I have never visited New York city. I'm waiting for the 9/11 memorial and museum to be completed, then I'll plan a trip there.
Q: What one interesting fact about yourself would you like to share with other forum members?
A: I'm ex-military: Served in the US Navy for 6 years back in the 1990s on a submarine.
Q: Why did you join the AT&T Community Forums?
A: It's an excellent place to discuss the U-Verse service as well as many other related items such as Internet, computers, and general off-topic things in the Lounge.
Q: What is your favorite type of question to answer in the forums?
A: Highly technical questions, usually Internet or network-related.
Q: If you could give one piece of advice to new forum users, what would it be?
A: When asking a question, please give as much information as you can. The more information we have, the more accurate and quickly we can get the right answer for you.
Q: What forum member(s) do you admire and why?
A: Texasguy37 is ice cool -- he never lets anything bother him.
