I have a Galaxy S4 Active, I537. I talked to a customer care rep yesterday and there is no info for an update for my phone now or in the future. What's up with that? I Thought an S4 was an S4 and the software was he same.

Ive been having problemz conneting to wife ever since I did the 4.3 upgrade on my phone. It is really frustrating because I can not download anything on my phone anymore. I have to use my date.. can some one plz assist with issue..

Hi,
Ref - "...spoke on the phone with one of the Community specialists..." : I do not know that phone-talks are allowed with the Forum Community specialists. I have a lot of things to discuss about:
1) I see lot of options/shortcuts got erased after my phone auto-upgraded itself, inspite of me chosing "Update Later" every time when it prompted me for about a dozen times, I guess.
2) My phone battery - draining quicker than earlier.
and many more.

Actually, yes...phone conversations happen all the time with the forum specialists. You fill out their contact us form with your email and phone number and they call you to discuss support issues. This is what happened to me.

In this case it was the only way I was going to get the update and it went flawlessly....with none.of the issues after update that have happened to others.
I just.got tired of telling people that this works.
