Dm Initialization Is Not Ready. Check Network or Sim Card
I am trying to update Android Os on my Samsung Galaxy S4 active,and am getting the following message. "Dm Initialization Is Not Ready. Check Network or Sim Card". I powered off the phone removed the battery and SIM card with no luck. What do I need to do to upgrade.

You need to have wifi on, and be connected to the internet via wifi for an update to work.
If you are, then it's time to get someone on AT&T's side to look at things - pm ATTCustomerCare
