is there a known issue with a batch of note 2 phones...I've tried updating my phone 100 times..I've tried resetting the phone as well as moving my dates up...while I'm on wi-fi and 100% battery...it seems newer note 2's are able to update...but I got mine the 1st day at&t recieved them...any words of wisdom?
I would take it to one of the att support and repair centers and let them update it
that's what the repair center guy told me the last time I was there
