Can you buy mobile protection pack of phone bought at Best Buy?

I'm switching from an iPhone to Galaxy S5 and Best Buy is the only store that sells it in electric blue, but I don't want the Geek Squad protection because it doesn't cover lost or stolen. I just wasn't sure if I can get the Mobile Protection Plan when I purchase at Best Buy or can I still enroll through AT&T afterwards?
