Samsung introduced the Samsung Galaxy Note II at the Unpacked event today. What do you all think of it?
I think that Samsung has been hitting them out of the park in 2012. The device is beautiful with even more functionality than its predecessor and a few more features over the SGS III. While it remains a niche device, I hope that it will do well. I think that the interoperability with the other devices in the Note family is a good move, too.

Looks pretty cool. Great specs. And while I was once hesitant to move to a larger screen, I went from the HTC Desire Z (3.7" screen) to the HTC One X (4.7") and loving the larger screen. Moving up to 5.5" would be okay by me (might even love it, too).
I never really got all that much into the stylus feature on my HTC Flyer tablet. But seeing as the Note 2 would be something I carried with me all the time (especially at the office, at outside work sites) versus a 7" tablet, I may be more likely to take more advantage of the note taking potential.

I seriously considered it for a wghile but rejected it for the same reasons I rejected the bundled Skyrocket and Tablet (I bought a Skyrocket). The Note was too big to be a comfortable phone and wasn't enough of a computer to be worth it.

How much bigger does a phone have to be? lol
Its nyce though...the big screen could be pretty useful...just too big for pocketing

Otherwise, I'd rather have a tablet and a very small phone.
