Is AT&T aware of this bluetooth connectivity/pairing issue once upgraded to android ICS version?
I'm facing this issue and i see there are N number of people encountering the same.
My bluetooth headset would just not pair and it throws an error on "invalid pin/password" and i don't see any option to enter it. I have performed factory reset twice and restart without any luck.
Is anyone aware of resolution or does AT&T provide any solution to this.?

My phone rebooting seems to have something to do with Bluetooth connectivity. I am able to connect, but sometimes the music is choppy, or the phone reboots. I am testing with my Logitech Wireless Speaker Adapter as I write this. So far so good.

I had the same experience with my Bluetooth car speaker. I actually had to go back to the information about the speaker and tell it to pair again - then it worked perfectly. I had forgotten that it wasn't enough to tell the phone to pair.

Finally it worked for me, performed below steps:
- Restarted Phone
- Restarted Bluetooth Device
- Went into settings --> applications --> all -> bluetooth share - and clear all data
- Went into settings --> applications --> all --> Bluetooth Test - and clear all data
- Tapped already paired bluetooth device and hold it for few seconds and at the same time hold the bluetooth device
and here you go, it got paired....
Not sure if this process works for all, but it certainly helped me

I wonder if this is the issue I am facing. Basically I have my new Galaxy S 3 paired to my SYNC in my Escape. When I shut the car off & get back into it, it don't auto connect like my Iphone 4 did. I never had to touch it, but it seems like my Galaxy never connects. I have to go into the settings & connect it everytime. I didn't know if this was an issue or what. If this isn't this issue does anyone know about it & how to fix it?

Thanks for the advice - I'm having major bluetooth problems too pairing to my panasonic link2cell home phone after upgrading to ICS. It pairs fine after prompting me for the pin several times, but sometimes immediately or sometimes in a few hours the phone freezes and restarts and the device is no longer listed as a paired device in my bluetooth menu.
I've read that a factory reset might fix this but I'm hesitant as I don't want to lose data. I'll try your method but I hope AT&T or Samsung take notice as everything bluetooth worked flawlessly before the "upgrade."

They did note that bluetooth pairings would be lost in the notes for the update. In any case, I did not have to perform a factory reset. Removing allthe devices, then doing a reset (remove and reinsert battery), and then starting the pairing process again seemed to work for me.
