No, And it could be the case that I do not get it until the 25th idk. But that is the reply CSR's gave me. I will check later and if I have shipping info I will let everyone know, so we all know whether it is over night or not. Was told by Friday so here is to hoping! Oh and I ordered white.

As stated by others, it's just the principle. In reality, 3 days doesn't make a difference. All they had to do was send out an email stating they were being delayed, and I would have just let it go. I too will be calling to have my activation charge removed, as a minimum.
(anyone want to buy an iPhone 4? Hehe)

Ok fedex just left it at the back door since no sig is required. Went and picked it up on my lunch. It's blue and beautiful.. just charging it fully now. I'm coming from a Samsung Sunburst so this is quite the upgrade. Good luck to everyone!

At 4 PM my order for the blue one placed on 6/11 switched from BackOrdered to Processing, hopefully it will be here tomorrow or Monday, won't be home on Saturday or Sunday.

trust me, i've been with AT&T for more than 10 years. You won't get a text or email about delays. You'll get notified when it ships.
Looks like still only blue phones shipping.

I order 2 white phones (one mine and one for the wife) on 6/7
Called customer service, asked to have the activation fee waived on both lines and the rep made a note in my account without any hassle.
I would encourage everyone to call who was promised a phone by the 21st and have your fee waived, or some sort of discount applied.
Hope to get it tomorrow.

Haven't received the email yet, but still hopeful that it may ship out tomorrow.
Ordered mine on 6/6 at AT&T, however having them ship to my office.

I put in my order on 6-11 around night time. My status was showing backordered until recently it just changed to PROCESSING. I have not gotten estimated date, tracking number or even an email yet.

My brother ordered a pebble blue one and I just checked his order status. It just changed to processing. We live in Dallas TX, ordered on June 9th, in store.

I chatted with an AT&T CSR and they would not waive my activation fee or give me any discounts due to their backorder issue. But do to good payment history, he gave me a $36.99.
However I did some calculations, and it turns out that I got a good deal on the S3.
- I bought the Nokia Lumia 900 and received the $100 credit (however I returned the phone within a week & they still gave me the $100 credit).
- Called AT&T and had them provide me with a $59.28 (inc tax) credit since Amazon was selling for the phone at $149.99
Paid $245 (w/ tax in CA)
Credit: $100 + 59.28 + 36.99 = $196.27
Total Price for S3: $48.37
I can't complain now that it's on backorder but at least it'll be here Monday as confirmed by the CSR. Politely complaining to CSR does help you some credits =)

I preordered mine at 7:10 AM june 6th and I have not heard anything yet. The reps on the phone can not give me any information either! And becuase I preordered it online I can't cancel my order. All I can do it refuse delivery. I will be really upset if it releases in stores before I get mine. What is the point of preorder at that point? I'm super frusterated! I will not preorder a phone with AT&T again!
