I rather wait for the note 2 in October heard its coming with jelly bean u know how slow at&t and Samsung are with updates no telling when the s3 will get the jelly bean update i will stick with the note 1 same specs other then the s4 chip

I lucked out and picked up an SIII at Best Buy today. Gave my Note to my wife. I read an article yesterday that Samsung is shooting for a September release for the NoteII, now. Which I also plan on getting. Kind of rough going from 5.3 to a 4.8 screen. Wouldn't think a half inch makes that much of a difference. But its a big difference. My wife may end up with this SIII.

Um..... she may call "No takee's Backee's which is a legal claim recognized by most courts of laws. In that case, you're kind if stuck.
