Note 2 Marble White on Back Order!!

OMG!! Words cannot describe how IRATE I am!!!

1st, AT&T didn't put the white note 2 up for pre-order, so I had to wait until Nov. 9 to order it online. I ordered it with overnight delivery Friday @ 9am expecting to get it on saturday. NOTHING CAME!! Matter of fact, my order is still being processed... I only spoke to about a zillion clueless customer service reps before I got one that actually knew what he was talking about.

He said there's about 800 white Note 2's on backorder and it'll take 7-14 to get it out to me!!! He advised me to cancel my order if I couldn't wait or switch to the grey Note 2 because they have over 1800 in stock!!

Why does T-mobile and Sprint get priority over At&t customers. Weren't we the first ones to release the Note1.

This is really frustrating. any one else going through this??

Yep. My stories a little different. I called my local stores the night before release and asked if any white ones were in stock. I finally found a store that actually had them. I asked if it could be reserved and he said yes. He took al my details and said see you tomorrow. I show up at the at&t store and I get told "I'm sorry the note 2 does not come in a white color". Ofcourse I flipped and asked him why he told me they had the white in stock and reserved one for me. He made up some lame excuse. So I got home on release day and ordered one online. I am glad you posted this so at leat I know to wait a week before calling in or complaining.

I don't think that as many white ones were produced as gray, initially. Only T-Mobile corporate stores got any white phones in. The authorized resellers only got gray. And, the demand was higher for white than it was for gray. Some AT&T stores had the white phone on Friday. The one that I talked to had sold out of both colors by lunchtime, though.

I found opposite in my area. Call 3 stores and all 3 were carrying white note 2 on Friday evenings. Actually one store has only white. Went their and pick mine. Sales guy told me his first he sold today. Hmmmmm.
Nice phablet since I come from ios and choose this over iphone 5. Install 64G SDHC card and still learning the android.

I live in Maryland and there was not a single store within 100 miles of me that got the white note 2. Several stores were sold out within 2 hours and are still awaiting another shipment. One sales rep told me they only got 6 phones.

I just hope I get it this week since I ordered thru premier.

The store that I was referring to is in Silver Spring, MD.

they said i called them this morning & told me they have them in stock the white at 2 warehouses unless what happened to me i got a backorder e-mail & then ATT cancelled my order last night so i had to do a a reorder again now the wait is on....

oh my, that doesn't sound good at all. I ordered mine through premier with overnight delivery. Is that why I got it today?

A big disappointed ..I ordered the last friday .....first not preorder for marble white then three days with the SHIPPING PROCESSING ...now is BACK ORDER...INCREDIBLE ...I called them and they said there are more marble white in two warehouses ....maybe 5 days more or one week for shipping ......then if I get the note 2 it's not coming with the galaxy note2 original box and not headphones ...INCREDIBLE AGAIN ..I ordered without contract .......I WANTED CANCELL IT and go to best buy because they got note 2 in marble white in stock ready to pick up but the price is $800 , 150 more than AT&T .... ...ok my big trouble is : I got the iPhone 5 64gb white but I'm tired about the small screen , I sold my iPhone on eBay 'cause I need the money for the note 2 marble white and I have to send it tomorrow but I didn't get the note 2 yet ....maybe one week without phone ...LOL.......IN AT&T STORES SOLD OUT .....I WAS THINKING ABOUT THE BACK ORDERS.....AND THE ANSWER IS : THEY GIVE PRIORITY ONLY IF YOU BUY THE PHONE ON NEW CONTRACT NEW LINE OR UPGRADE ...MAYBE I'M WRONG ..BUT THEY AREN'T SELLING IT WITHOUT CONTRACT IN THE AT&T STORES ...I ASKED THEM AND THAT WAS THE ANSWER .....SO FRUSTRATING....

If they canceled the order reorder thT what they did to me I was frustrated I told att is wasn't my fault so today they shipped it & I should receive it this thur com Ft Worth Tx Yeah ! So don't give up & good luck to all

Mt order was also cancelled overnight. Checked my email and saw that the order was cancelled without my authorization. Called in and they gave me $50 credit and free overnight delivery. Why are our orders being cancelled?

Wow. Just got my tracking number. They weren't kinding when they said over night shipping. Should get it by Thursday 11/15 by 3:00pm. Awesome.

UPDATE!!

I got my phone on the 13th!

I am very impressed with it. I can say from experience with several android phones that this is yet the best android device I have ever used!! Jelly Bean is omg so much better than ICS and having it on a so called "phablet" intensifies the experience!! My parents who've had iphones since it was invented are switching to the note 2. I loved my iphone4 experience but I want more and sorry, the iPhone 5 doesn't deliever.
