Be patient I almost died on the vine and had all but given up and then 2 mintues ago I got a tracking number. Dont give up I ordered on the 25th from california and paid for it.

YOU MUST USE the Public order status (not the autheticated one tied to your account.) I am showing tracking numbers on the public one but not when I login. FYI dont care as the tracking number is valid and fedex says its on the truck

Went to bed at 9:30 EST with no tracking number.  Now I have a FedEx tracking.  Pre ordered mine 3 hours after they started the pre ordering

I'm in the same boat as you. I have been an Iphone usersince about 2008 and I am so surprised on how they have handled the release of this phone by all carriers. I've received so much wrong information its mind boggling.

I ordered minutes after going live (in Atlanta) and I'm a premier customer but just received my tracking this morning for FedEx should be delivered tomorrow. So I don't think what type of customer you are matters but as customers and some of us here for a long time deserve a good customer experience.

Mine didn't ship until late yesterday but is still scheduled to arrive on Friday by end of day, via UPS.  Kind of bummed, expected it to ship Tuesday which means I would have had it today.  But, at least it's coming, right?

Ahh, they don't understand. I didn't let my wife know I was pycho about it. I think I almsot got fired at work. I was on the phone like 3 times yesterday and I did the live order status chat about 20 times. I used to be psycho about getting Jordan shoes back in the day and then I even waited 48 hours in the freezing cold outside a Walmart for PS3 (flipping puposes). I have since gotten over it.

I had the Samsung Infuse 4G a few months after it came out and enjoyed it but it was outdated. I bought new OEM bezel and sold it to some poor sole on ebay for $250. So I only had to pay difference for the GN2, I am super stoked because I never imagined I could get $250 for my Infuse 4G. As I have learned over the years with stuff like this all of the excitement is usually wrapped up in the anticipation. So once I get the phone it will only be a matter of a couple weeks and the excitement will be gone. But it has been fun and I am glad it has finally shipped. I would have been super ticked if people off the street could have walked in to AT&T and got hold of a GN2 before people who preordered on day 1 got theirs. Good luck guys!

Ordered on 10/25 around 6AM.

Didn't receive shipping confirmation until sometime after 11PM EST last night (11/7). Fedex says it should be here by 11/9, I didn't pay extra for shipping.

I was told yesterday on the phone by a CSR who had extreme diffiicult with the english language that my order wouldn't SHIP until 11/12. It's clear that the CSRs AT&T employs are very poor, but its nice that it appears AT&T is going to deliver.

Just thought I would tell everyone......I never got a tracking number...My premier page always said preorder processing.  I just got my phone delivered by UPS and Im located in Charlotte NC.  So there is hope for those they didn't get tracking info.

Did you check the public site for order processing? That's the only place my tracking number ever showed up.

Yes, I checked that too.  The only thing I could think of was when I placed my order for my phone I ordered another phone as well that arrived 10/28.  So maybe that tracking info was never going ot show up because I already had tracking info for that order.  I dunno???

I never send anything via USPS for this reason. So I haven't a clue as to where it's at or when it will arrive

No there won't be any headsets. I watched an AT&T unboxing and AT&T takes the phone out of the original samsung box and puts it in an AT&T box and there are no headsets inside. Only what is mention in the "in the box" section. So lame! Doesn't make sense why they would do that!

Hi, I am not sure on the AT&T version but on the international version it actually comes with some alright ear buds with a microphone inline on the cable. Now whether AT&T's version has those is another thing, I would suspect they would have those if not some other type of headset device inside the box.
