Heard Galaxy Note II is starting to ship Monday!

make sure you use that one ...it seems to be updating sooner...the ATT page is not updated yet! Mine is shipping USPS

I cant even get thru with a rep here in ca,also i have a pending charge on my cc and processing on my status anyone have the same info?what worries me is that the order number i have has no history at AT&T:/

I have a balance on my AT&T account, but it's not overdue, could this effect shipment?

Was thinking about this on another forum's similar thread...everyone is upset...BUT...as long as they get my 25 Oct order shipped out today just like everyone else (ahem...and overnight better be overnight now that it was moved to the 7th, from the 6th), then I will be happy.

I don't care if others get theirs too or are processed first, as long as it all ships appropriately in the end. Let the delivery people sort it out further, as they have to do that too. Then, we'll hopefully ALL get the f-ing phone between tomorrow and the 9th!

Wow...they threw me around on the phone to so many people and even the highest of highest ups (at least that what they made me think they were) couldn't give me a straight answer as to why those of us who preordered right when the option went live at midnight EST and around 9PM PST don't have tracking yet. I was able to get a $75 statement credit out of them, so it seems they are willing to do something for our hassle.

Overall though this is a big mess and clearly shows how as a company AT&T doesn't have their stuff together.

I guess I'll just wait as patiently as I can for a shipment confirmation...I'm tired of wasting my breath just to hear inaccurate info and be tossed around on the phone.

I just got off the phone with an AT&T rep and before I could even get out what I was saying he interrupted me and said none were shipping till the 9th, I ordered mine around midnight 10/25 and still nothing, it really shows a lack of respect AT&T has for their non iPhone customers, I never had a problem with my four iPhone preorders

If you're not past due you're fine. My bill is $265 or so, due 11/23 and I've shipped.

Anyone else's order number not recognized in the link to track? I have to search for it by phone number, as it doesn't recognize the order number?

If you ordered with Premier the order number is different. You need to log in to your account and go to orders to get the regular order number.

Go to your regular wireless site and log in through there.  =)  The premier lets you order through business but you still log in through the consumer end.

Ordered 11/5 just got  a fedex tracking #. This does not make any sense at all as to what order they are going in.

If I don't see a change soon I'm going to assume I won't see my phone this week. It's just a phone, but why have pre-odering as an option if you're not ready to deliever anything.

At this point...dont worry about the order of the processing, or why they do it this way or that

...as long as they ship it with everyone one else today, you will be fine.

Delivery will sort it out and prioritize from there. But, people ordered on the 6th claim they got shipping conf, so it's looking good for any date from there on back to the 25th.

I know you mean well!!! It just sucks when you are watching others get theirs  and you are still having to wait.  AT&T said first come first serve which wasn't true.  Enjoy your phone!!!  As I said before I'm still excited for those that are getting theirs.

Just tried to cancel order for second time and they still can't do it.  So now I will need to go through the hassel of return shipping it.  The good news is I will be sticking with verizon and my unlimited data.  ATT loses a potential new customer because they have a horrible logistics system.  ATT was screwed up when I worked at Corporate 20 years ago and they are no better now.  The monopoly legacy and inefficiencies that go along with it are tough to shed.

Does anybody know why my tracking number from USPS doesnt work on their website?

Delivery status information is not available for your item via this web site. A return receipt after mailing may be available through your local Post Office. -----> this is what it tells me when i click on my tracking number that ATT had sent me..
