Galaxy S3 and missing apps

so i was looking around the internet and it appears that there should be a samsung galaxy apps folder or icon in the APPS drawer. Does anybody have this? I don't and I'm wondering why AT&t would remove it. There are like several apps that should be there...like a diary app...photo editor,etc.

I dont have any of those apps either, but better ones can be found in the Google Play store anyways

I do have Samsung apps though (Samsung Notes, Kies, MediaShare, etc)

Just go to More Services in App Drawer. All of them are available for free. There are several applications are not installed by default but you can download them yourself manually. They are Photo editor, Flipboard, MiniDiary, S Baro, Application monitor, My Story, KiesCast, Readers Hub and Family Story.

After some search I figured out that you could download Samsung App APK (SamsungApps_HHP.apk) from http://samsungapps.com/

First, you'll have to enable settings > security > unknown sources.

An added bonus, they have carcassone (a popular strategy boardgame that'd otherwise cost 5 USD) for free.

Why is the s3 not listed? S2 is. It's says phone could malfunction if phone is not on the list.

It works with the S3 perfectly fine....I tried it and downloaded apps from it...it wors fine. Maybe it wasnt updated

I had installed, and tried couple of apps - photo editor, my diary, etc, and they work perfectly fine.
