Did anyones order cancelled for the white note 2?

I just received a e-mail monday night saying my order was cancelled so right away i called customer service & told they dont know why it cancelled except that the white note 2 is on backorder. So i had to go through & order again which was frustrating now it looks like i am in back of the line for the white note 2. Anyones else get an e-mail cancellation???

Thats weird. When did you place the order? My shipping status changed to back ordered this morning.

That what happened to me it showed back order then cancelled last night.I ordered  the phone on fri afternoon i just called them again this morning & they told me that it should have cancelled because they have 2000 if them in each of there warehouse so i hope this time it will not cancel my order again.Good luck on your order hope it goes through.

hey man. my ordered was canceled this morning as well. is it going to be canceled from now on and i have to make another ordered? because i havent got my refund back yet. i dont want to order 2 note 2s. lol. please help me out!

Check your account see if they didn't already reverse the charge thats what they did do me if not call your bank so they can help you after that's done place another order with ATT have them make a note on your account do not cancel order only reason thy told me is that if there wasn't enough funds in the account Hope that helps & good luck

This happened to me too! I called ATT this morning spent 2 horus on the phone w them...final results were i get my phone shipped overnight free of charge...so hopefully ill have it tomorrow 3pm since they shipped it out 1 hour after i spoke with them.

You have to wait 62 hours for refund....they told me that ....

I might get mine hopefully soon I just checked my order status. It saids shipped but no tracking # yet ATt responded quickly after they cancelled my order last night so there is hope that we can get it this week.

Yeah finally got a framing # mine will be here on thur from warehouse in Ft Worth Texas so it looks like they ha e plenty in stock so order now if you want one

Yep my order was also cancelled 11/13. I called them up and complained. They gave me a $50 credit and placed my order once again over the phone. They even upgraded it to over night shipping for free. I got it literally overnight (nextday). It came from TX which is where they warehouse is. Can't say enough good things about the phone. Love It.

Did you get a SIMM card win the box when you ordered it online? I had to call att to get a SIMM card there should have been already but I guess not

Ordered 2 on 11/19 at 7pm by phone. Arrived in CA at 10a via fedex in Memphis.
Can't ask for more than that.
