I cannot answer my phone. My phone rings, but there is not any place to answer my phone. I have to wait until after the call is finished and check the caller ID and then call the person back. This is a pain.

I'm sorry to hear you're having a problem answering your phone. Is this a new problem?
Has it been damaged (dropped, gotten wet) in any way?
Have you done any troubleshooting like restoring the software?
