Uhmmmmmmmmmm u simply build 21 million dollar saallite your service provider spent 20 million on............hahahaha..... There a couple apps You could look into as well..........
If you mean "satellite", cell phones don't work with satellites.
Another user here did post an app that supposedly helped phones lock onto the nearest cell tower. Don't know if this will help in the OPs case.
Also make sure the device has the latest firmware, as firmware updates sometimes also update the radio software.
A micro-cell is a kind of a lame workaround (will give you cell service on your broadband internet connection, if you have one). But better than nothing. I believe AT&T will provide this for no charge if you have reception issues at your home.
Other than those options, you can try to update the radio software yourself. It may or may not help. Trying different radio software usually only provides small benefits, as the issue is likely the hardware itself if you are in a fringe reception area. Also updating the radio by unofficial means requires some hacking/modding of the phone, and may permanently damage your device and may also void your warranty. Not for the faint of heart, or those that aren't at least a little tech-savvy. But just throwing it out because it IS a possibility.
