Text message between prepaid AT&T and MTS(Russia)? [ Edited ]

Hello. 

Whether it is possible to transfer text messages between the subscriber AT&T(prepaid) and the subscriber of MTS,

Mobile Tele System(Russia,Moscow)? Code network 250 01.

If who can help to test reception and transfer, please write to private messages or ICQ.

From my personal experience — as long as you have a Cingular or current AT&T SIM you will be fine. If you have an older AT&T Wireless SIM, you're better off not even trying. Finally, keep in mind that when they sent you a message with a delivery receipt, AT&T will notify them of the receipt immediately, regardless of whether it actually delivers the message to you or not.

Notices on delivery can be turn off. They are not important.
The main thing that text messages sending and accepted.
Simcard AT&T it is not bought yet.

Used T-Mobile 3 years ago.Nokia 6230i from (T-Mobile) to (Beeline)-text messages sending, but many drop-zones

I was never able to send messages from T-Mobile to Beeline, only MTS & Megafon. When my sister was visiting she used an AT&T GoPhone and was able to successfully exchange messages with MTS & Megafon as well, don't know if she sent anything to Beeline numbers.
