Hello, I have a prepaid plan (Pay as you go). And I would like to have more information about calling to other countries (like China and Spain). Like, hwta options i have, what kind of plans I can get, how many minutes can I talk, what is the price...

I look this matter on the website, but I am still very confused, and I still don't know if I can use it with a Pay as you Go phone...

Pay As You Go is pretty straightforward in this regard. There are no options or packages available, and it takes away from your balance (in addition to any applicable airtime charges). Consult the table for prices.

The only thing that is not clear is whether the Mobile Termination charge applies to PAYG.

You're really better off with a call through service. There are a trillion of cheap long distance cards out there. Some of them will use your caller-id instead of a password which make them more convenient (but a little less secure since caller-id can be forged). Look at onesuite, mobivox, etc.
