I have having an ongoing problem getting a paper bill.
I know have a cut off notice, and yet I have asked so many time for a bill its ridicules.
I am not going to sit on hold, be transferred to overseas, where they CAN NOT help me.
I have dates, names of employees, etc. YET, no way to get back to them.
Is it possible this company has so many untrained employees that just pass us around and very few who can really help us.
If I charged AT&T by the hours I have been put on hold, they would give me free service.

This is not the regular CS/TS people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done.
