WF720 and iPhone 5 losing connection with Microcell

I ended up calling AT&T support on the WF720 and ultimately they were able to disable the "Call Waiting Feature" in their system for my WF720 wireless phone.

Now I need to figure out WHY it (WF720) loses connection with the AT&T 3G MicroCell. If I reboot the MicroCell, it will connect. However, somewhere during the day it will lose connection and I’ll have to reboot the MicroCell again to re-establish a connection. Since we have limited AT&T coverage in our area, this is a real problem. It seems to me to be the MicroCell as my iPhone 5 also loses connection. If anyone can assist, I would appreciate your assistance. Thank you.

Yes, I have a case number but no follow-up on AT&T’s part. AT&T Support sent me a message with Case Number *******indicating they sent it to o engineering concerning my Microcell issue.

There are many factors that could be affecting your Wireless Home Phone and the MicroCell, some of which could be unique to each device and it will take some time to sort it out. Unfortunately, all you can do is be patient.
