AT&T sent me a replacement MicroCell with the serial number in the email but not make the serial number where I could activate it. They told me it would be another 5 days before this can be resolved. Is there an easier way? VERY FRUSTRATED!!!!

The serial number is either on the bottom of the unit or on the outside of the box. If this is a replacement, have you registered the new serial number on the registration site? You may have to deregister the old number before you put in the new number.
