Today (Sept 14 2011) my microcell has been connecting and disconnecting to/from the head end. The 3G light will be solid for awhile and then blink for awhile. I haven't actually timed it or anything, just keep seeing my phone with no service for awhile and then service. Must have disconnected/connected 20-30 times today that I noticed. Is there something going on with the head end servers? Is it failing to update the firmware? Something else I might be missing?

I'm on day 2 of my microcell not working. The GPS and 3G lights are not on at all. Not sure what's going on. I can't even call ATT because I have absolutely no signal in my neighborhood.

Day 4 now and now I occasionally get a red flashing 3g light indicating the microcell should be power cycled. Seems things are getting worse :-(
Sounds like what happened to me back in March. Service (or lack of) was exactly as you described. I could get a satellite lock but the 3G kept blinking. After almost two weeks (with no real help at all from customer support. sure glad we kept our landline) I had to eventually do the port forwarding/ assigned IP address trick to get it to work reliably. I shouldn't have to do that because it shouldn't be necessary but that's how I got mine to work. I've left everything in place and have been trouble-free since. YMMV.

It sounds like you've got a few problems. The MicroCell won't work correctly until you can get you internet service straightened out. The MicroCell upgrades, when they happen, are totally independent of Uverse.
