I placed the 3G MicroCell device by a window and activated it. Works great
We moved it to the back of our building with no windows. It will still be connected to the Internet.
The unit now has a flashing satellite but won't connect....
Ideas?
Does t his mean we can't use this in the back of our building?
My Device: iPhone 5

The instructions say to place the MicroCell within 18" of a window with an open view of the sky and at least 2' from any other sort of WiFi device. It needs the GPS lock to establish location. You can buy a GPS antenna that plugs into the back of the unit (not sold by AT&T) and some have reported success with that.
