Flashing 3g - used to wrok fine

I see haveral threads on this topic, but I'dlike to see if anyone has experienced my specific problem: My Verizon FIOS router/modem )(Actiontec) stopped working, apparently due to a configuration change pushed by Verizon. I got it working again (it needed a password change) but had to restart my previously working Microcell. Since then, the Microcell won't connect - flashing green. I have tried all troubleshooting, including deactivating and reactivating, but still no luck. I removed every other device from the router, and plugged the computer into the Microcell -coputer is fine, but no connect on the Microcell. Seems more than a coincidence that the Verizon router failed at the same time. Has anyone experienced a Verizon-related issue with the Microcell? I have no service here without it, and I need my phone!

The link above may have some information on your router and specific settings. Whatever VZ did you may have to do port forwarding now to insure a stable connection to your MicroCell.

after 3 hours of trying to get it to re-initialize as per the tech's suggestion I called back this morning to be told that there is an outage on the east coast and no ETA for fix.
