The bottom light on my 3G Microcell just starting blinking green yesterday and I can not connect to the microcell. All the other lights are solid green. I have powered down the microcell 3 times, powered down my router and at this point I am at a standpoint.
Any suggests?

It could be due to a number of things. The most common seems to be either an update to the MicroCell sent by AT&T or there is some sort of hardware/system problem on AT&T's end. The only troubleshooting that you can do on your end is power cycle (which you've done), de-register/re-register your MicroCell, or perform a hard reset (holding the reset button in on the back of the MicroCell for about 30 seconds). You can call AT&T and open a ticket (they'll probably have you do what I just suggested) and see if they have any information. Unfortunately, support is usually the last to know if there is a system problem because quite often, the system outages are here and there and not widespread so the engineers might not even know about it. The more complaints they get from the same area the more likely they are to look closely into it.

Where are you two located? A few weeks ago there was an outage in areas of Texas, Pennsylvania, and a third state I don't remember. Support needs to be made aware of it and hopefully pass it along to the network engineers. Keep in mind that support will proably have you jump thru the usual troubleshooing hoops before taking it seriously. Or, you can pm ATTCustomerCare (the blue envelope in the upper right corner of this page) with you registration information, description of your issue and any troubleshooting you have done. They are there business hours (CST) M-F.
Basic troubleshooting: powercycle, de-register/re-register, and a hard reset (holding the reset button on the back for about 30 seconds). Keep in mind that if it is a network issue, it may not re-register after a hard reset or re-registering because of the network issues. You may just have to ride it out until AT&T acknowledges the problem and fixes it. I'm trying to get some sort of Status Update link so you can see if there are reported issues for your area but........
Edit: I didn't mean to say "your" area specifically. I meant the area that a particular problem is being reported from.

I'm located in Chino Hills, CA.
I got the same issue since last week. I already tried all your suggestions of powereing down, hard reset at the back and finally to deregister/register (I read that same steps from a 2011 post from this forum).
My M-Cell doesn't activate how. It's stuck on the website as "powering up" All lights are there except for green flashing for the network (3G) icon.

If you haven't done anything to your LAN setup, or neither has your ISP, and it all worked before, then it does sound like a network (AT&T) issue. A lot of network issues are more local than regional. So the only way AT&T knows about it is when they start getting a lot of complaints and tickets from the same areas. It could be a switch on their end, something interferring with Port 4500, any number of causes. All of that doesn't help you because you don't have any service. Call support or pm ATTCustomerCare (blue envelope at top of page) with your customer info, the issue, and what you have done so far.
